Is there any reason it has to be so difficult to set up a chat on msn? neither I nor filet o soul could figure it out. I hope it's not that we are both just dumb. that would make me feel bad. :( anyway, just checking.
btw...looking for a house in south florida that is reasonable priced is nearly impossible. everything in our range seems to be either a condo/townhouse deal or in a bad neighborhood. what's up with that? i do not want to deal with a realtor...
