In just 5 more hours, our Townhouse will be under contract. our contract! we offered the guy way less than we thought he would take and he took it! Shocked does not even begin how to describe how we felt.
they are leaving a lot of cool stuff too. like a cool goldfish pond that is outside on our screened in porch (with rope lights as mood lighting), track lighting that is like brand new and shiny, stainless appliances in the kitchen, washer dryer, work shed and probably some other stuff i can't remember.
we are already planning what to do with the place in our minds. it's fun. and we are starting a shopping list. we need a few things cause it's so much bigger than where we are now. we'll need a couch and a futon and a dining room table at the least. not to mention more lighting for all around the house.
we are going to have a cedar closet in our master bedroom. there is a crawl space in the attic for storage, plus like 2 more huge closets and lots of kitchen cabinets and even cabinets in the laundry room. fucking great!!!!
okay, i'm getting too excited now. more later, after the contracts are signed. then i will feel more secure.
