well, it sure is quiet in here today. even miguel didn't come in. i heard him playing games all afternoon so i guess he didn't have anything to do. plus, with starting his new job next week (or maybe the week after) i think he wanted a little time off before starting back into it again.
H is in bad mood today. :( I wish i could help her or something. She doesn't feel good, but she has to stay at work, plus we are supposed to go out with her Grandma tonight. (Ugh!) I wish i could cheer her up, but everytime i try i just make it worse, so then i try not to say anything at all, but that also doesn't work out well...i need to find the magic words that calm her down. but i don't know if there are any. plus, i always call at the wrong time.
anyway. i feel a little better today. finally. i'm still pretty tired, but my throat isn't bothering me as much and that is good.
i have to pee, but i leave in a few minutes anyway to go to the post office, so i'll wait.
we are going away for halloween or samhain, whichever you prefer to call it. i prefer samhain (pronounced:sowen)because i'm wicca, but most people don't know what that is...Anyway, i'm excited to go away. we are going to stay in a haunted house! In a small fishing village in northern florida. apparantly it also is a very artsy town with a lot of galleries and art shops and stuff. cool. the only thing that sucks about the whole deal is that we are going to miss a concert! A Dar Williams concert no less. I really want to see it, but it is not going to work. it is on the first down by us, but we leave the 31st for northern florida. we can't really drive 5 hrs up there, stay over night, then drive back here to see a concert and then go back and home again. doesn't make sense. oh well.
okay, i think i will write more later. i have to pee and go to the post office now.
